Project Manager - Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations
 



InstallEx is a market leader and highly respected supplier in bathroom and kitchen renovations and has experienced significant growth in recent years.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Construction Team. The position is responsible for the management of projects in Domestic installations within the Construction Division. This includes field installations, customer liaison, warehousing, equipment and crew morale. Some after hours work may be required.

Based from our new Williamstown office, the role is primarily field based however some project planning time will be spent in the office.

The position is very much hands-on ensuring that the Customers requirements are met. The successful applicant with need to have a proven record of customer service and managing field crews to meet tight deadlines and exacting standards . They will also be motivated to continuously improve and raise the bar within our construction group.

Key attributes that are being sought in the ideal candidate are:

  • Experience in Bathroom and Kitchen renovations or similar field
  • Proven leadership experience particularly of project teams and contractors
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Outcomes focused approach
  • Ability to source, co-ordinate and direct multiple contractors on multiple sites
  • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
  • IT, administrative and analytical skills
  • Thorough understanding of OH&S and ability to ensure compliance
  • Experience in delivering on the job training
