Rick Knowles joined Ridgeline HR in August 2006 and is servicing clients from bases in Melbourne and Rochester predominantly with workplace agreements but also with general HRM advice and assistance.

Rick has a strong background in HRM and especially workplace relations, agreement-making and industrial disputes and advocacy.

With over 25 years of experience in the field including executive HRM roles with David Syme & Co, Fletcher Insulation, the City of Port Phillip and the Australian Taxation Office and consulting experience with Rodski & Falls Research and Ridgeline HR, Rick offers a broad range of knowledge and skills gained in a variety of industry settings.

He is particularly looking forward to working with our clients in the Goulburn Valley/Campaspe region.
