The Civil Contractors Federation - Victorian Branch has entered into a strategic alliance with Ridgeline HR to better service the HRM needs of its members.

Our services to the CCFV and its members include:

  • A telephone advice line on workplace relations and people management issues
  • Consulting services in a broad range of HRM areas and in particular in workplace agreement-making
  • Provision of information and articles for distribution to members
  • Participation in various CCFV member forums

The Federation's National Office has also retained us to provide strategic and policy advice and advocacy support on workplace relations matters.
