The Civil Contractors Federation - Victorian Branch has entered into a strategic alliance with Ridgeline HR to better service the HRM needs of its members.

Our services to the CCFV and its members include:

A telephone advice line on workplace relations and people management issues
Consulting services in a broad range of HRM areas and in particular in workplace agreement-making
Provision of information and articles for distribution to members
Participation in various CCFV member forums

The Federation's National Office has also retained us to provide strategic and policy advice and advocacy support on workplace relations matters.
