Ross Eastham is a generalist HR Consultant with over 30 years experience in Human Resources, working primarily in the petrochemical industry in Senior HR Management roles both in Australia and overseas. These have included:

  • HR Operations Manager, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, ExxonMobil
  • HR Manager CSR Emoleum (Australia’s largest Road Surfacing Company)

He has managed major change management projects and been responsible for the HR project management in a number of acquisitions, mergers and plant closures.

Ross has a strong background in workplace relations with extensive experience in negotiations with unions at shopfloor, corporate and tribunal levels on a range of award matters, industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining and unfair dismissal claims.

He also has extensive experience in recruitment, job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking as well as generalist skills across the broad range of HRM requirements.
