People We Are Looking For

Ridgeline HR provides tailored recruitment support to our clients and these services are significantly different from those offered by recruitment agencies in scope, delivery, flexibility and cost.

If you are looking for professional assistance from experienced recruiters and to pay a reasonable price based on the work that the recruiters actually do for you, give us a call:

  • No % of package
  • No replacement guarantee
  • Quality and responsive service
  • Flexible delivery - we just do what you want us to
  • Just pay us for our time

Indicative pricing

  • Scope role, draft advertisement and place on SEEK: $800 plus GST
  • Resume screen + phone screen of potentially suitable candidates to shortlist for your interview: $800 plus GST
  • Interview candidates with you: $200 plus GST per candidate interviewed
  • Additional services at standard consulting rates might include drafting of position description, negotiation of offer of employment, preparation of employment contract and design of induction program

Indicative savings

Let's conservatively assume that your recruitment agent charges you just 10% of total package with a 3 month replacement guarantee.

On a $60,000 package, that amounts to $6,000 in fees.

Then let's assume that you try the Ridgeline HR offering for the first 3 dotpoints above - advertisement, screening and interviewing (let's say) 4 candidates.

Total cost is $800+$800+$800 = $2,400.

You don't have a 3 month replacement guarantee but you have just saved $3,600 or 60% of the agent's fee.

In the process, we will also verify whether the role attracts modern award coverage and what the minimum entitlements for the role are.
