Ridgeline HR provides a comprehensive range of organisational development and people management services through our own consulting team and our network of specialist service providers.

We variously act as a virtual HR department for small to medium-sized business clients, workplace relations advisors for industry association members and specialist consultants in organisational development, change management, human resource management systems, compliance, training and advocacy.

Our consultants are all seasoned Human Resources Management professionals with extensive experience in the field and our clients are from a broad industry base and range from microbusinesses to multinationals.
